2nd time staying here while visiting CU Boulder. Very easy to get to Univ and Pearl St. Front desk staff is very friendly- I would especially like to mention Nick who is the first Marriott employee to actually grant me an upgrade based on my loyalty status in years!! He was super accommodating. All staff were very friendly. Mentioned that downstairs shower in 2 bedroom suite needed to be fixed at breakfast and it was taken care of when I got back that afternoon. Pretty crowded breakfast room Sunday morning after football game but breakfast was still well supplied and they even put out bacon unlike so many places that won’t serve it when crowds are bigger. Ladies in breakfast room were doing a great job. I will definitely stay here again!
This is a great Residence Inn. Very large and spacious, conveniently located a few minutes away from a lot here in Boulder. The outside looks older but the rooms are really nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable, modern bathrooms and kitchen. Smart TV that swivels from family room to bedroom. Included breakfast was hot and had a lot of variety. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely stay here.
I have nothing but great things to say about the Marriott in Boulder. It all started with the manager, Fred, who went above and beyond to accommodate us after we mistakenly made a reservation for the wrong date. It was completely our fault but Fred not only allowed us to rebook but he also helped completely the reservation when we had issues rebooking the room. As for the hotel, it was a great experience. The rooms were clean, large, and quiet. The pool was great relief on a very hot summer day. The free breakfast area was well laid out and the breakfast itself was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.
First off, let me start with the good news. This hotel is in a very convenient location. You are close to Denver, Longmont, and Fort Collins. It was nice to go from the hotel to these places without a long drive. The workers were really nice and went out of their way to be accommodating.
Now, for the bad news. This hotel is not that great. My room had a musty smell, and I saw a spider, pill bug, and gnats in my room. Also, the appliances made loud noises all night long. The air conditioner was really loud, and I could hear ever footstep above me from my first floor hotel. Housekeeping only came once during my week stay, and didn't wash my dishes in the sink, but just set them in the cabinet.
So, yea, great location but the hotel needs work and is really not worth the $300.00 a night that I paid. There are better hotels out there that are cheaper and A LOT better quality.
I became homeless recently so SPAN just paid me for 3 nights to stay in this place and is so beautiful I love how it’s organized and how they accommodated the appliances feels so cozy and for me it felt like home so sad that I had to get out so they sent me to a nasty shelter with my two kiddos thanks for everything the staff was so nice would recommend and hopefully some day I can go back !!!!!
We were displaced from our home for an indeterminate amount of time, so when we went to extend our stay here and they told us that 1) they’d honor our original price and 2) there’s no early departure fee, we were SO thankful.
The room is also very comfortable and has almost all of the amenities we could ever ask for.
The only things missing were a pair of scissors (for opening some kitchen things), a backing tray (since there’s an oven), and the couch isn’t very comfortable. None of these are real problems, though, and we enjoyed our time here.
We had an accessibility issue and the staff took care of everything. The staff is fantastic, appreciated their effort. Rooms were clean, breakfast good. Would recommend!
This is set up as a motel. Your door goes right outside. Which was not disclosed clearly upon booking. Room was fine. Mostly clean. But I had a lot of earwig bugs crawling around couch and kitchen which was very unpleasant. Kitchen was quite clean though.
